A Babe Behind The Babe: An Interview with Anni

A Babe Behind The Babe: An Interview with Anni

The MoMA was packed. But then again it’s always packed. With so many people, you tend to zone out and get tired, until someone of quiet pizzazz strolls in and slips right into the corner of your eye. Free of any friends, family, or escorts, this radiant wanderer drifted through paintings and people, careless of the crowd, like someone who practically lives at the museum. With a certain Meret Openheim backdrop in mind and a little battery-life left in my camera, I hoped she was cool with having her photo taken. Her name was Anni. Full interview here

A Babe Behind The Babe: An Interview with Mia

A Babe Behind The Babe: An Interview with Mia

How could we forget Mia. She’s the radiant German brunette who we met at the MoMA a few months ago with legs like stilts, a band-aid-covered knee, and unforgettable shiny flats. We remember it like yesterday. She gave us effortless looks and relaxed poses as we snaked through different galleries for a series of unique photos.  We recently caught up with Mia to get an update on what she’s been up to, what artists would make the best fashion designers, and how the museum experience could be improved. Full interview here

Malin at MoMA for Sanja Iveković: Sweet Violence

Not only was I nervous due to her utter babeness but she was also a photographer which made me extra stressed that she’d figure out that I had no idea what I was doing with my camera. Malin is from Sweden and she was spotted on her way out of the Sweet Violence exhibition by Sanja Iveković at the MoMA in NYC. (photo by Xavier Aaronson)

Mariana is a professional babe who was spending her off duty time cruising through the MoMA. Polish, with a regal posture and paying attention to absolutely  no one but the art, Mariana was spotted in front of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe‘s charcoal and crayon piece Concrete Office Building. Johanne & MOMA
Does NYC really need another Danish babe making us stare until we crash our bikes and fall on our faces? Johanne was spotted on her way into the Diego Rivera exhibition at the MoMA. Photo by Xavier Aaronson

Jessica & Warhol
We had more of an eerie, Fever Ray-type scarecrow idea in mind for the photo but Jessica’s own flowing interpretation was a more fitting contrast in color and contortion with Andy Warhol’s Orange Car Crash Fouteen Times . Photo by Xavier Aaronson

It must be the colossal size of Jackson Pollock’s “One: Number 31, 1950″ that’s so magnetic to babes. Rebecka’s from Stockholm and she stood gazing at the painting for a solid minute and a half before we could talk to her and ask to take her photo. 1min 30secs is an eternity when you think about it. We’ve encountered everything from vogue babe to coy babe. Here we’re treated to our first snippet of hard babe. Actually, Zeyna encompasses pretty much all of the aforementioned facets. In front of Marcel Broodthaers Literary Paintings. English Series at the MOMA. (Photo by Xavier Aaronson)
